Surveys & Feedback

WEMAC Training Solutions is committed to securing and reviewing advice and feedback from all its students and stakeholders involved in the delivery of its Training Assessment services.

 

These surveys help us identify areas where more support and improvements are needed to ensure continuous improvement in our processes and quality of our services.

 

Surveys conducted are initiated by us, the State Government in conjunction with an independent research organisation or the National Centre of Vocational Education Research (NCVER). Survey information and links will be added to this page as they open.

Learner Engagement Survey

This survey is conducted by us to seek your views on the quality of out education and training. Feedback is sought from learners and employers, and designed to give us an understanding about their experience with us.

 

We thank you in advance for taking part. Our administration team will use the results received to make course delivery improvements.

 

Please Note Your responses are private and confidential. Individual respondents are not identified in the survey response data or reports and are not linked with enrolment records. Therefore, it is important that you respond to the question “What is the full title of your current qualification or training?” Your feedback will then be provided to the program area in which you are enrolled.

About the Survey Process

  • Students currently enrolled in nationally recognised training with us, and who also provided an email address when they enrolled, will be provided with a link to the survey via email towards the end of the semester

  • Employers will be emailed with a link to the survey

  • If you have already completed the survey, please disregard the email

  • VETDSS students and students under 15 years of age are not included in this survey

 

Feedback Form

Great customer service starts with us. We are committed to meeting the needs of our students, industry partners and community. We want to hear from you whether it be about a great experience with us, or to let us know areas we can improve on.

 

If you're not able to or comfortable providing feedback to a staff member, we encourage you to provide feedback on the form below. You can remain anonymous if you'd like, if so please note we will not be able to get back to you regarding any actions taken.
